A Multi Academy Trust dedicated to creating environments where children can flourish and reach their full potential recently chose The Bridge Centre as the venue for their successful annual leadership away day.

St. Bart’s Multi-Academy Trust is a family of 23 academies across Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, Cheshire and Shropshire.

Staff from the Trust recently got together at their away day to talk about leadership culture and to plan for the next academic year and beyond.

“We chose The Bridge Centre because of its central location, which makes it accessible for colleagues travelling from across our Trust,” said Trust CEO Louise Sarikaya. “With schools spread across a wide geographical area, it was important to find a venue that could comfortably bring everyone together in one place.

“The Bridge Centre offers everything we need for a successful event. It’s spacious, well-organised and provides a welcoming environment for collaboration. Having a venue that can accommodate large groups while maintaining a professional atmosphere is incredibly valuable.”

The Trust has previously used The Bridge Centre for Trust-wide meetings and professional development events.

The away day took place in the Centre’s main auditorium, which is the largest room at the venue and can fit up to 350 people (theatre style).

Lisa added: “The room is an excellent space for large gatherings and presentations.
“We also appreciate the ample parking available on site, which makes attendance straightforward for colleagues travelling from different locations.

“We will definitely use The Bridge Centre again – the venue meets our needs extremely well and has proven to be an excellent setting for bringing our teams together.”
